my husband gave me this gorgeous slow cooker for christmas this year and I am eager to start making some yummy meals. however, I have never used a crock pot and am in need of some delicious recipes. The problems: I am not in the mood for chili, and it isn't immensely cold here, although it is supposed to rain for the next 7 days (should make my weekend painting projects interesting...), therefore I am not looking for crazy comfort food. any ideas?
